Asset Homes Brings Pride to Kerala by Winning First Place for Two Projects at CREDAI National Awards

Asset Homes created history by winning two prestigious awards at the inaugural edition of the CREDAI National Real Estate Excellence Awards 2025. Asset Homes also earned the honor of being the only developer from Kerala to win two national awards in the Winner (Gold) category.

At the ceremony held at Taj Palace, New Delhi on December 19, inaugurated by Union Minister for Housing and Urban Affairs Manohar Lal Khattar, Asset Ensign Kozhikode won in the Best Housing Project – 2 Tier City Mid Segment category, and TKM Asset Grandios Sanford Kollam won in the Best Housing Project – 3 Tier City Luxury Segment category. The awards were received by Asset Homes Founder and Managing Director Mr. V. Sunil Kumar and Chief Technical Officer Mr. Mahesh L N.

Over 800 projects from 500 developers across the country competed in the first phase of the CREDAI National Real Estate Excellence Awards. A shortlist of 175 projects was then formed through rigorous jury evaluations at various levels. From this, 15 projects were selected as final winners across different categories.

The winners were chosen after a comprehensive evaluation of design excellence, user-centric planning, construction quality, safety standards, sustainable development practices, and global operational standards. Asset Ensign was recognized for setting new benchmarks in quality in the mid-segment category, while TKM Asset Grandios Sanford won the award for creating new standards in the luxury housing segment.

Asset Homes Founder and Managing Director Mr. V. Sunil Kumar expressed great pride in achieving these prestigious accomplishments while competing with projects from major builders across India. “We dedicate this honor of being the only builder from Kerala recognized at this level to our customers and the Asset Homes team,” he said.
